When you work in big corporation you have to accept the fact that from time to time they will do something that you won^t like. That is mainly because of the fact that some regulations are imposed from the headquarters and they are not likely to be changed in the near future. I have learned about this some time ago and I know how important it is. It can really be a problem but it all depends on the approach that you have. Tell me whether it is clear to you or not. I will give you an example of what I mean in this particular text and I hope that you will like this example as well as that you will be able to relate to it. Tell me, can you do that? Recently in our office they have painted our Office chairs red. It was after the spring break and we were not expecting that. We came back to work and notice that our Office chairs that normally were black, are suddenly red. It was a big surprise for us and I am not sure if we were happy from this actually. It was kind of strange and at first we had no idea what to think about it. Do you know what I mean? We have decided to protest this idea and ask our management to change it back. It turned out that it is not easy and that we will have to struggle in order to achieve it.
