I work in a company providing assistance for the users of different kind. When they have some problems with their computer they contact us to get a support and that is something that we have to deal with. We have to provide them with some sort of solution that will help them use their computer without further problems. I like my job and I hope that I will be able to keep it in the future. Yesterday I had to deal with unusual problem. One of our customers couldn"t buy the tyres online as the site wouldn"t let him choose the product that he waned. There was something wrong with his settings and we had no choice but to change them in order to make sure that he or she will be able to use the computer properly. It is very important for us and that is why we have put a lot of effort into this. We wanted to be known for good quality of services and even though it wasn"t easy for us in the beginning, right now we can handle this task without problems whatsoever. Later we have learned that there is more users of that kind that can"t buy tyres online and we had no choice but to help all of them. I still feel tired when I think about this situation but I know that we didn^t have a different choice.
