Since I was a little kid I have always heard that it is important to listen to parents. Their advices are really important and life and we have to accept the fact that they can influence our life. It is important to obey them and follow their instructions as they have greater experience in life. The fact is that it is the truth most of the time and that we need to listen to them if we want to achieve something in life. If you take a look at the people around you they will definitely state that their parents had great influence on them. On the other hand there are some exceptions in my opinion. Sometimes we have to think on our own and make decisions according to what we believe in and not what we are told to do. Recently my mother came to see my new apartment and she told me that I have terrible bathroom cabinet. She didn^t like it and advised me to buy a new one. She already told me in which store I am able to get it and offered to go there with me. I disagreed with her as I like my bathroom cabinet and I don^t want to change it. At first she was shocked but finally she accepted it and learned to live with it. Remember that sometimes it is important to do what you like to without listening to others.
