How to gain mass quickly
I am a novice in body building. I have always stayed close to sport in its many faces, but I never tried body sculpture as such. You see, this is a completely different discipline than any other because it has no competition at all in it. At least in my opinion. Every workout looks the same, can become boring quite quickly and with every month the results that are visible are very small. A lot of strong will is needed to continue with those constant trainings without seeing any reason in it. I started to train because my girlfriend told me that I look to thin. Now I look for a way to gain mass. They told me that a good idea to gain mass is by going to the gym. And this is what I am up to right now. I visit the gym three times a week and try to gain mass at home. I eat a lot, I eat only dishes that contain a lot of calories and limit my meals within reason. I have to say that this individualistic style of training is good only for some people, definitely not for me. I prefer to feel the spirit of fight, competition and so on. I prefer football, volleyball, basketball, tennis and almost every other discipline! If I had a choice I would never want to start this workouts, now I do it because I somehow am forced to do that. Maybe after some time passes I will look from a different angle on it all?
