Free driving instructor training a huge opportunity

I"m taking part in a basic driving course. I"ve already started my practical driving lessons. My instructor is a very nice person. She"s in her mid forties, I suppose, attractive, and really talkative. We often chat as I"m driving, and we only stop sometimes so that she can comment on my driving. A few days ago, I asked her how she became a driving instructor. I was really surprised when she told me she took part in free driving instructor training. It was several years ago, and I don"t believe such options are available today. But then working as a driving instructor was not very common, and the demand for driving lessons was growing, so driving schools sometimes offered free training for people willing to support the business. My instructor actually took part in a kind of competition. She enrolled on a course which was not at all cheap, but they made a lottery and three people were given a chance to join the course for free. She was one of them. They called her one day and told her she only had to answer three theory questions. The questions were difficult, but she answered all of them. She had already learned the traffic code by heart! This is how she got the opportunity to take part in free driving instructor training. I guess she was really lucky, but of course luck is not all.
